Welcome to the land of gourds, birds, and just a touch of chaos.  My name is Cassie Wren & I am the 

grower & painter of my gourds!

​

What started as “oh I’ll just grow a few gourds” turned into a full-blown obsession… and honestly? It got out of hand real quick 😂 and now we’re over here growing, cleaning, cutting, sanding—and yes, even growing our own luffas—turning gourds into everything from Fat Cats to Chickens & Goats… to florals, fruits, and a whole lot of “how did she even make that out of a gourd?” 

 

Every single piece is handcrafted with a whole lot of love, a little sass, and probably me talking to it like it’s got a personality… because at this point, it does.

All of our gourds are started from heirloom seeds, and we grow alongside wildflower beds that attract beneficial insects—our favorite natural form of pest control.

But wait—it’s not just gourds anymore.

Oh no, we’ve expanded the madness to make giving a gift of a all natural local gourd birdhouse needs more! We’ve added all kinds of bird-loving goodness to the shop—small space feeders, nesting materials, hummingbird hangouts, and more—because around here, if it makes birds happy, we’re doing it. Period. 

 

And we’re just getting started with classes! 

We’re beginning to offer hands-on experiences where you can come create your own gourd masterpieces and dive into the fun right alongside us—so stay tuned, because this is only the beginning.

You’ll find us tucked inside Lowe Mill, surrounded by pink, creativity, and the occasional bird that thinks it owns the place (honestly… they kinda do).

This isn’t some big-box, mass-produced situation.
This is real life. Real hands. Real mess. Real joy.

A family-run, dirt-under-the-nails, “why is there gourd dust in places it shouldn’t be?” kind of business—and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
